U.S. Embassy awards KYSD with small grant

PHNOM PENH, 24th May 2013 (The Cambodia Herald) -- The U.S. Embassy's 2013 Small Grants
Program will award the Khmer Youth and Society Development (KYSD), a
non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Phnom Penh, a
grant of $19,500 for a twelve-month project called "Youth Empowerment
for Sustainable Livelihood."The goal of the project is to
