Kem Sokha's statement: (Today 11/6/13) About 10 trucks have
blocked my car from leaving a public forum in Dey Eth commune, Kean
Svay district, Kandal province. But supporters of the CNRP have
successfully forced opened the road for my vehicle to leave. Right now,
